Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Booqie ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at booqie.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services offered by Booqie, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, arcade games, and lottery titles.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Booqie platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any individual promotion terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Booqie platform. We strongly encourage all players — particularly those accessing from Malaysia — to review this Agreement in full before proceeding.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Booqie account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all Players regardless of jurisdiction and is strictly enforced.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of personal gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Booqie or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying your own eligibility under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Booqie platform under any prior account.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited. The Operator may use technical means, including device fingerprinting and IP analysis, to identify and consolidate duplicate accounts.

As part of our obligations under international licensing requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) standards, all Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal, and at any point the Operator deems appropriate. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• A recent clear selfie holding the identification document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where requested (e.g., a screenshot showing the registered name on a Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account);
• Any additional documentation the Operator may request in accordance with AML and fraud-prevention procedures.

KYC approval is typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. The Operator is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

Section 5

Terms of Use

By using the Booqie platform, you agree to use all services lawfully, in good faith, and strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling on Booqie carries inherent financial risk and is intended solely as a form of entertainment.
• You are gambling with funds that you can afford to lose. Booqie strongly discourages gambling beyond your means.
• All games are operated by certified RNG technology or live-dealer systems. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
• The platform is accessed via your own device and connection. The Operator is not responsible for third-party access arising from your failure to secure your account.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Booqie platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Operator supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Direct Bank Transfer: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Individual payment methods may carry their own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed at the time of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to amend transaction limits without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically settle within five (5) minutes under normal conditions. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically settle within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes. These are typical processing estimates, not guaranteed timeframes.

Bonuses & Promotions

Booqie offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual offer terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players as specified in the offer details. Some promotions are restricted by account tier, deposit history, or geographic location.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The default wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). The exact contribution rates for each promotion are published in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will expire automatically.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Section 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Booqie are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the exceptions noted below. Players must verify all bet details — including odds, stake amount, and selection — before confirming. The Operator is not responsible for errors made by the Player in the bet placement process.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or interruption that prevents a game or bet from completing normally, the Operator reserves the right to declare the affected bet or round void and return the relevant stake to the Player's balance. Winnings generated through demonstrable technical malfunctions or errors are void and will not be paid.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events listed on the platform — settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body or sports authority. In the event of ambiguity, the Operator's determination of the relevant result shall be final.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
• Asian Handicap markets are settled in accordance with standard Asian Handicap rules. In the event of a match postponement or abandonment, Booqie's individual sport-specific rules apply.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator may suspend live markets at any time without notice.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Booqie platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal their origin, or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, employing third-party assistance services, or using automated bots or AI tools to make betting or gaming decisions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's software or systems;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorisation from the Operator — disputed transactions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation;
• Any conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Section 10

Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• The account is subject to a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other Players.

Upon account closure under normal circumstances (i.e., not for cause), any verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and standard processing times.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations the Player may owe to the Operator.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Booqie and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, network issues, or third-party provider outages;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Privacy & Data Protection

Booqie collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is handled in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles.

Responsible Gambling

Booqie is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible via your account settings at any time.

Booqie strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the platform and/or by email where applicable. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at booqie.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Booqie platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed.

In the event of a dispute between the Player and the Operator, the Player should first contact Booqie's customer support team via live chat or email to seek resolution. The Operator will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution process provided by the Operator's licensing authority.
